Alyson has over 14 years experience of “Hands on Care” with clients diagnosed with various health needs. One of her main specialties and passions are clients diagnosed with the different stages of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Her experience also allows her to focus on ensuring the highest level of client care and safety. Alyson is able to reassure family members when they enquire about home care services for their loved ones to age in place.
When she is not working, you can find her hiking, kayaking, fostering puppies for a local valley animal rescue and enjoying time with her family.
Her passion lies in connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Her commitment to excellence extends to candidates’ care and safety, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. When not immersed in the world of recruitment, Rebecca enjoys being outdoors. You’ll find her running, hiking, or reading outdoors.
Trudy has 20 years of experience in the senior care community. She enjoys working in the field with clients and caregivers and has an understanding of their needs to ensure the highest level of care. In Trudy’s spare time, you can find her enjoy gardening, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Throughout my healthcare career for over 15 years within valley hospitals, skilled nursing, hospice, and homecare organizations, I realized a lack in the ability for many families to navigate through the complex healthcare system and to “connect” with resources that assist them in finding the best long term care solutions that meets their elderly loved ones needs; that is why I started Connections In-Home Care.
We take pride in hiring the most reliable, proficient and compassionate care staff and connecting them with older adults and their families to provide peace of mind knowing their daily living needs, safety and independence remain intact. Through our training and comprehensive client assessment process combined with our team’s experience, responsiveness and loving-kindness, I am confident that clients will have a positive experience when they engage with our agency, allowing caregivers into their home that they can trust who have been thoroughly screened and show a ton of heart.
