A Word from Our Founder, Eric Kaye

Throughout my healthcare career for over 15 years within valley hospitals, skilled nursing, hospice, and homecare organizations, I realized a lack in the ability for many families to navigate through the complex healthcare system and to “connect” with resources that assist them in finding the best long term care solutions that meets their elderly loved ones needs; that is why I started Connections In-Home Care.

We take pride in hiring the most reliable, proficient and compassionate care staff and connecting them with older adults and their families to provide peace of mind knowing their daily living needs, safety and independence remain intact. Through our training and comprehensive client assessment process combined with our team’s experience, responsiveness and loving-kindness, I am confident that clients will have a positive experience when they engage with our agency, allowing caregivers into their home that they can trust who have been thoroughly screened and show a ton of heart.

Thank you for considering Connections In-Home Care.

I am very happy with my caregiver and the experience with Connections has been excellent! I am thankful for a caring company and staff!

Our entire family enjoyed our experience with Connections in Home Care very much. Denise Kaye (one of the owners) went above and beyond to tweak schedules and customize the care plan we needed for our father. She met us several times at the hospital when my father was a patient there, and generally became our #1 resource for all aspects of my father’s care as his cancer progressed and we needed help. I would highly recommend Connections in Home Care to all families with an elderly or sick loved one who want the best possible care for them.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  Connections In Homecare & Communities is the best home health company out there.  Eric and Denise take amazing care of their caregivers, which in return, take amazing care of their clients.  Not only are they extremely professional, they are friendly, understanding, and listen to all of their clients needs.  To be in this business you need to have immaculate people skills and guess what, they do.  You will not go home, or should I say stay home, disappointed.

I am very pleased with services and my caregiver is a nice, lovely lady; I couldn’t of asked for a better caregiver.
