Director of Client Services
Alyson has over 14 years experience of “Hands on Care” with clients diagnosed with various health needs. One of her main specialties and passions are clients diagnosed with the different stages of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Her experience also allows her to focus on ensuring the highest level of client care and safety. Alyson is able to reassure family members when they enquire about home care services for their loved ones to age in place.
When she is not working, you can find her hiking, kayaking, fostering puppies for a local valley animal rescue and enjoying time with her family.

Rebecca is a Recruiting Manager with a strong background in Human Resources and Information Systems. Having graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in May 2023 with a BBA, she brings a wealth of knowledge to their role. With 2+ years of experience in recruitment, they excel at identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Her passion lies in connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Her commitment to excellence extends to candidates’ care and safety, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. When not immersed in the world of recruitment, Rebecca enjoys being outdoors. You’ll find her running, hiking, or reading outdoors.

LEA BENSON
Lea Benson, a seasoned Director with over 30 years of experience in public service, brings a wealth of expertise to her roles. Armed with a BS in Management and Marketing, Lea has served in various capacities, notably as the Director of Operations for Senior Assisted Living Homes and Behavioral Health Homes. Her dedication extends beyond professional endeavors as she also oversees the care decisions for her elderly parents, aged 93 and 89.In addition to her professional commitments, Lea is deeply involved in her community. She generously dedicates her time to hosting international high school students, actively participates in her church, and lends her support to young women at risk or victims of human trafficking. Lea Benson is a compassionate leader, driven by her commitment to service and improving the lives of others.
